GAS CHINA 2008 Exhibition is sponsored by the Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China and organized by the China Gas Association, known as CGA. The Ministry of Construction in China acts as a governing body in the comprehensive management of the whole nation's construction, including civil construction engineering; urban and rural development; construction and building industry; property and real estate; urban services etc. The Ministry therefore, plays a leading and influential role in the development of the nation's construction.

In order to exchange for the achievements of gas industry, promote gas technology and products, acquire advance experience, introduce top equipments and material, further strengthen the cooperation with other countries in gas field and make it developed, we organize this large scale international exhibition. With the consolidated support of the Ministry, the exhibition is becoming more and more popular and famous both home and abroad.

First held in 1994, GAS CHINA has come to its 14th year now. With the warm support of the participants and visitors, GAS CHINA has grown as an international gas industrial exhibition with space of 10,000sqm and over 450 companies participated, as well as consumers coming from all over the country.

GAS CHINA is well established and highly recognized, therefore is one of the most popular gas industrial exhibitions in China. Participating in GAS CHINA, China will be a big boost to your company's entry or expansion in the China market.

The venue-Beijing Exhibition Centre once was the most famous, largest in China. In recent years it has been renovated and extended to a grandiose, modern exhibition center of 12 halls, 22,000sqm exhibiting space. The Center is in downtown Beijing and connected with all parts of the city by thoroughfares, express ways and flyovers. Easy access helps to bring more visitors. At this time, the Gas China 2008 Exhibition will be held in the hall 1, 2, 9, 10 and 11 and the sum of spaces will be approximately 12,000sqm.

In addition to the invitation through the administrative channel by the Ministry, We will send 30,000 admission tickets to the event to gas industrial business related units all over China to invite them to join the event.

China's economy has experienced sustained, rapid and sound development for 20 years. In its 9th 5-yearPlan, China’s GDP increased by an average annual rate of 8.3%, the target set for 10th 5-Year Plan (Year2001-2005) is in range of 7%, the GDP will further be doubled by Year 2010 from Year 2000. In fact, by latest statistics for the first six months of 2002, the GDP increased at 7.8%. Thanks of China's vast territory and 1.3 billion people, any progressing company can not miss the big market.

The goal of the Gas China 2008 is to accommodate the development of the gas market in China, breed and perfect the system of production, distribution and maintaining services, and at the same time to proffer opportunities for manufacturers and correlated corporations in China and foreign countries to exchange techniques and publicize products.
